Barbara Hale, Assistant General Manager – Power, presented Item 3a.

b) FY 2026-27 to FY 2035-36 10-Year Capital Plan, including the 2-Year Capital Budget Ms. Hale presented Item 3b.
• Francisco Da Costa provided comment relating t o his memory of two power outages where no one took responsibility, one that occurred in 2002 and a second outage that occurred more recently.
