REVISION #1—CMD’s Modification #1 Review
The SFPUC has requested to modify the above-referenced contract by $2,400,00.00 for a total not-to- exceed agreement amount of $7,200,000.00 with no change to the contract duration. Per the SFPUC’s Agenda Item, the work proposed under this amendment is to provide additional professional engineering design and support services necessary for the design and construction of improvements to various SFPUC facilities.
LBE Joint Venture Partner Participation Commitment:
At the time of award, AECOM/WRE JV received a 7.5% rating bonus because the proposed joint venture included 40% in prime level participation by WRE, the LBE joint venture partner. This commitment applies to the entire contract, including any amendments.
The breakdown of the to-date achieved/projected to be achieved prime level work by the joint venture AECOM/WRE JV is as follows:

Based on the information provided by AECOM/WRE JV, they will meet their LBE JV participation commitment percentage for the overall contract (see table above). At this stage in the contract, WRE
has not invoiced yet, this is because the SFPUC just recently began issuance of task orders under this agreement.
LBE Participation at Time of Proposal
The LBE subconsultant participation requirement established for this contract is 15.00%. The LBE sub contracting participation requirement applies to the entire contract including any modification, change orders, and amendments. Pursuant to communication between AECOM/WRE JV and the SFPUC, the listed LBE subcontractors have not yet been utilized to date. This is because the contract just got underway, and the LBE scope of services have not yet been requested by the SFPUC. That said, CMD did remind AECOM/WRE JV of both its individual commitment percentages and its overall LBE commitment percentages. To this end, AECOM/WRE JV did acknowledge that they understand its LBE commitments to this contract.
Total LBE Participation for Entire Project (based on the projected total amount of $7,200,000.00)

LBE Joint Venture Partner Participation
At the time of award Stantec/SRT JV received a 7.5% rating bonus, because the proposed joint venture included 40% in prime level participation by SRT Consultants (the LBE JV Partner). This commitment applies to the entire contract, including any amendments.
Stantec explains that the contract is in early stages and that is why JV partners invoiced $00.00 to date.
Stantec has confirmed that prime-level work is scheduled in future task orders for SRT Consultants, in line with the 60%/40% JV split commitment. Based on the information provided to CMD, with this Amendment #1, Stantec/SRT JV anticipates achieving the 40.00% in prime level participation by SRT Consultants, as follows:
