NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 1:30 PM, to be held in City Hall, Room 400, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94102, at a Regular Meeting of the SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION (SFPUC):
Public hearing, discussion, and possible action to approve the proposed CleanPowerSF Net Billing Tariff Schedule to be effective the first day of the May 2027 billing period and a revised CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule (NEM Tariff).
The resolution to be presented for consideration at these hearings is:
1. Approve CleanPowerSF Net Billing Tariff Schedule and revisions to CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule
If approved, the new Net Billing Tariff Schedule and revisions to CleanPowerSF Net Energy Metering Tariff Schedule would take effect the first day of the May 2027 billing period. More information about these proposed rates and charges can be found at cleanpowersf.org/solarbillingplan.
