Chair Alessio called the regular Finance Committee meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. with quorum established by roll call.
2. Public Open Time for Items Not on the Agenda (Discussion) Chair Alessio opened the public comment period and there were no comments.
3. Selection of Vice Chair (Discussion/Action)
Chair Alessio opened the floor for committee members to discuss.
Chair Alessio opened the public comment period and there were no comments.
Action: It was M/S/C (Wilkinson/Andre) to Select John McCormick, City of Lafayette as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. Motion carried unanimously. (Absent: Palmares).

4. Consent Calendar (Discussion/Action)

Chair Alessio opened the public comment period and there were no comments.
Action: It was M/S/C (McCormick/Wilkinson) to approve Consent Calendar item C.1. Motion carried unanimously. (Absent: Palmares).

COO, Vicken Kasarjian, addressed questions from committee members.
