1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Jung called to order the Special Meeting of the Orange County Power Authority Board of Directors at 12:23 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2024.

1. REPORT FROM THE AD HOC PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE AND
OCPA STAFF
CFO Law provided a brief summary of the presentation on this item.
A Board Member and Staff discussion ensued. Board members provided direction for Staff for further consideration and presentation.
Action Taken:
1. Received report from the Ad Hoc Procurement Committee and OCPA staff related to options for optimizing OCPA’s power procurement and rate product strategy for future years.
2. Provided direction to staff.

There being no further business to come before the Board, Chair Jung adjourned the November 25, 2024, Orange County Power Authority Board Special meeting at 12:58 p.m.
