Meeting was called to order at 5:41 p.m. in virtual teleconference, in the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority lobby and in the Dakota Dunes Country Club, 960 S Dakota Dunes Blvd, Dakota Dunes, SD 57049.

1. Approval of the Audited Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2023-2024
2. Approval of Peninsula Clean Energy's Participation in PG&E Dynamic Pricing Pilots
3. Approval of "GovBE" Agreements for Building Electrification Grants and Financing with the Cities of Brisbane, Los Banos, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Half Moon Bay
4. Approval of a Contract Amendment with BlastPoint for Marketing Services ending on September 30, 2025 in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $264,000
5. Approval of Contract with Haven Energy for Deployment of Solar+Storage Systems for the Residential Low-Income Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) Assistance Program for a total of $1,000,000

9. Organizational Strategy for the Peninsula Clean Energy Strategic Plan 2025-2030 (Discussion) Lester Olmstead-Rose lead a robust conversation about the Organizational Strategy for Peninsula Clean Energy’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. Along with Leser, staff members Shalini Swaroop, Chief Operating Officer Jana Kopyciok-Lande, Associate Director of Innovation Strategy, Roy Xu, Senior Director of Power Resources, and Sara Maatta, Power Resources and Compliance Manager helped lead the conversation on the new organization strategy.
