CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m. in virtual teleconference and in the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority lobby.

5. Recommend to the Board of Directors Approval of the Updated Energy Risk Policy, replacing current Policies 7 and 15 (Action)
Nick Bijur, Chief Financial Officer, and Kelly Lew-Quintal, Energy Risk Manager gave a presentation on the updated Energy Risk Policy.

MOTION: Director Medina moved, seconded by Director Aalfs to Recommend to the Board of Directors to Approve the Updated Energy Risk Policy, replacing current policies 7 and 15.
