Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. in virtual teleconference, in the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority lobby and in the Los Banos City Hall conference room A.

Gwen Rose, Director of Marketing and Community Relations, Leslie Brown, Director of Account Services, and Rafael Reyes, Senior Manager of Energy Programs gave a presentation on Enhancing the Peninsula Clean Energy Customer Experience through Programs, the in-house call center, and the new website.

8. Approval of Contract Amendment with IDLab Global for Brand and Marketing Services in an Amount Not-To-Exceed $975,575 (Action) 8:15pm
Gwen Rose, Director of Marketing and Community Relations gave a presentation on the Approval of a contract amendment with IDLab Global.

MOTION: Director Taylor moved, seconded by Director Loraine to Approve the contract amendement with IDLab Gloal for brand marketing and services in an amount not-to-exceed $975,575.
