CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order at 10:01 a.m. in virtual teleconference and in the Peninsula Clean Energy Authority lobby, and 611 Gateway Blvd, Suite 1000, South San Francisco, CA 94080.

Discussion of HB-1 Reconciliation Bill and Trump Administration Executive Order 14315: Impacts on PCE Procurement and Programs (Discussion) Marc Hershman, Director of Government Affairs introduced the item and staff from Thorn Run Partners: Jim Davenport, Partner, and Kyler Phillips, Public Policy Manager. Roy Xu, Senior Director of Power Resources and Rafael Reyes, Senior Director of Energy Programs continued the presentation.

5. PCE Brand Refresh and Naming Process Update (Discussion) Kerstin Grune, Director of Marketing and Community Relations introduced the item and Kennedy Placek from Lexicon Branding.

Rafael Reyes, Senior Director of Energy Programs, provided a presentation on the Residential Finance and Solar Program.
