Mike Mielke, Senior Manager, Legislative Policy, gave a brief legislative update.
5. Briefing on Peninsula Clean Energy's Green Access Program (Discussion) Jana Kopyciok-Lande, Director of Innovation Strategy, gave a presentation on Peninsula Clean Energy’s Green Access Program.

6. First Amendment to the Interim Resource Contract with Marin Clean Energy for the Green Access Program (Action)
Jana Kopyciok-Lande, Director of Innovation Strategy, gave a presentation on the Interim Resource Contract with Marin Clean Energy for the Green Access Program.
MOTION: Director Corzo moved, seconded by Director DeGolia to Delegate authority to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to execute the First Amendment to the “WSPP Confirmation Bundled Renewable Energy Portfolio Content Category One (PCC1) Agreement” (Interim Resource Contract) with Marin Clean Energy (MCE) for an interim resource for the PCE Green Access Program, revising the contract not-to-exceed (NTE) amount to $11.5 Million and extending the contract term to December 31, 2030.

7. Selection of Board of Directors Chair and Vice Chair (Action) Chair Colson represented the Board Ad Hoc Nominating Committee: Donna Colson Chair of the Board, Rick DeGolia, Betsy Nash in their recommendation for Chair and Vice Chair.

8. Board Members’ Reports (Discussion)
Director Boles shared an appointment to the CalCities Environmental Equality in Policy Committee and encouraged participation in the CivicWell Policymakers Conference on March 12-14 in Yosemite.
Director Daus Magbual shared an invitation to the Lunar New Year Celebration in Daly City on Saturday February 28th.
