Marty Medina, Chair of the Board, gave a report welcoming everyone to the meeting.

Shawn Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, gave a presentation including a facilities update, an overview of March Community events, and upcoming April Events.
Mike Mielke, Senior Manager, Legislative Affairs, gave a brief legislative update.

4. Approval of Appointments to the Executive Committee and the Audit and Finance Committee (Action)
Marty Medina, Chair of the Board, shared the proposed slates to the Executive Committee and the Audit and Finance Committee.

5. Peninsula Clean Energy Rate and Program Affordability Overview (Discussion) Shalini Swaroop, Chief Operating Officer gave a presentation of Peninsula Clean Energy’s rate and program affordability.
Justin Kudo, Associate Director of Rates and Strategic Analysis, and Jeremy Waen, Senior Director, Regulatory Policy, answered questions from the Board.

6. Solar+Storage for Public Buildings Program - Contract Amendment with McMillan Electric to Increase the Not-To-Exceed by $5.8 Million for a Total of $35.8 Million for Solar, Battery Storage, and EV charging and Associated Power Purchase Agreements (Action) Jennifer Stalzer, General Counsel, noted an At-Places Memo reducing the amount of the contract amendment to $5 million, a reduction of $800,000 from the amount notated on the Agenda.
Peter Levitt, Senior Manager, Distributed Energy Resources gave a presentation on the contract amendment with McMillan Electric.

MOTION: Director DeGolia moved, seconded by Director Coleman to Delegate Authority to Chief Executive Officer, in a form approved by the General Counsel, to execute an amendment to the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract with McMillan Electric increasing the Not to Exceed amount by $5 million for a total not to exceed of $35,000,000, and authorize the execution of the associated Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) amendments for the deployment of solar, battery, and EV charging systems.

7. Board Members’ Reports (Discussion)
Vice Chair Ragsdale noted a fantastic Community Feedback Forum on March 4th and encouraged participation at the upcoming meeting on May 4th in Redwood City.
Director Gonzalez offered appreciation for the GovPV installations on the Colma Police Department and Town Hall.
Director Mackin shared that Brisbane now has a solar installation on their library and a pool with a heat pump water heater.
Director Loraine shared a report on the ribbon cutting of the sustainability hub at the San Mateo Community College District and the Sustainable San Mateo County event held the evening prior.
Director Nash shared the cape from the Sustainable San Mateo County event.
