Summarized the options for discount to PG&E generation rates to a Seasonal Option adjusting rates to achieve a minimum of a five percent discount for the summer and a minimum of a one percent discount for the winter; or a Flat Option adjusting rates to achieve a minimum of a three percent discount for the remainder of 2024.

This would provide the highest discount for the time of the year when the power is needed most; reinforce our commitment to competitive rates; results in a seven percent decrease in rates; and maintain financial stability for Pioneer.
