Board Chair Dowdin Calvillo commended the immediate past marketing firm on their phenomenal work; and acknowledged that they did not respond to the Request For Proposals this round, so they were not considered.

Board Chair Dowdin Calvillo continued in mentioning that the Pioneer website was international award-winning and the chat box was very well respected and well known; then, questioned if changes to the website would be suggested as part of the firm's marketing efforts? The website continues to be phenomenal in regard to clicks as well as the format and chat box being tremendous for Pioneer so she hesitates in wanting to change that.

Presenters from Sagent responded that they have only experienced Pioneer's website as individuals and would like to find a way that when people land on the page they can see multiple programs in one view.

The primary purposes being to review content and making sure it is understandable for everybody, in layman's terms; and, wherever people land on the website that they are accessing the desired information.

February 27, 2025 - page 3
This is more a matter of shifting things around versus doing a complete overhaul to the face of the website.

Following their discovery process they will make formal recommendations.

CEO Eckert expressed appreciation for Board Chair Dowdin Calvillo in mentioning the former marketing team, JSR Strategies, because they did do a wonderful job on the website and on the branding.
