TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDWOOD COAST ENERGY AUTHORITY AND TO THE CLERK OF THE BOARD:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Redwood Coast Energy Authority is hereby called to be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the Wharfinger Building’s downstairs Bay Room, 1 Marina Way, Eureka, at 4 p.m. The purpose is to discuss a public employee performance evaluation in closed session.
