Chair Mosca (Encinitas) called the SDCP Board of Directors meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.

PRESENT: Chair Mosca (Encinitas), Alternate Director McCann (Chula Vista), Director Sotelo-Solis (National City), Alternate Director Aguirre (Imperial Beach) ABSENT: Director Lawson-Remer (San Diego County), Director LaCava (San Diego) and Director Baber (La Mesa)
