Theresa Acerro Chula Vista 91911 Non-Agenda Public Comment I would like to request that you join those of us who are protesting the insanity of charging people by how much money they earn instead of how much electricitythey use. This is only another plot by SDGE and others to increase their profits and another way of discouraging people from installing solar with or without a battery. Thje legislature obviously was paying utilities back for generous campaign contributions. this should be discouraged.
