ACTION: Motioned by Director Parent and seconded by Chair McCann to approve the minutes of the Finance and Risk Management Committee meeting held Thursday, November 9, 2023. The motion carried by the following vote:

Abstained: None
Absent: Director Aguirre (Imperial Beach)
2. Review of Treasurer’s Report for Period Ending 11/30/23 CFO/Treasurer Washington presented the Treasurer’s Report for period ending 11/30/23.
Following Committee questions and comments, no action was taken.
3. Update on 2024 Rate & Power Charge Indifference Adjustment (PCIA) Proposed Changes Senior Rates and Strategy Analyst, Lu and Senior Finance Manager, Manglicmot presented on the Update on 2024 Rate & Power Charge Indifference Adjustment (PCIA) Proposed Changes.
