The meeting will be held in person at the above date, time and location(s). Members of the Board of Directors and members of the public may attend in person.
Note: Any member of the public may provide comments to the Board of Directors on any agenda item. When providing comments to the Board, it is requested that you provide your name and city of residence for the record. Commenters are requested to address their comments to the Board of Directors as a whole through the Chair. Comments may be provided in one of the following manners:
1. Providing oral comments during a meeting. Anyone attending in person desiring to address the Board of Directors is asked to fill out a speaker’s slip and present it to the Clerk of the Board.
2. Written Comments. Written public comments must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting to [email protected]. Please indicate a specific agenda item when submitting your comment. All written comments received prior to the meeting will be provided to Members of the Board. In the discretion of the Chair, the first ten (10) submitted comments shall be stated into the record of the meeting.
Comments read at the meeting will be limited to the first 400 words. Comments received after the start of the meeting will be collected, sent to the Members of Board, and be part of the public record.

Members of the public are afforded the opportunity to speak on any agenda item before or during the Board’s consideration of the item. (Gov. Code Section 54954.3). At a special meeting, no other business may be considered, and there is no general public comment period. (Gov. Code Section 54956(a)).
BOARD MEMBER ORIENTATION
1. Overview of San Diego Community Power
Overview on the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Industry in California, the Mission Vision and Values of San Diego Community Power (Community Power), and the work of Community Power through the various departments and activities.
2. Meet and Greet
Opportunity for informal interaction and discussion between Board and Community Advisory Committee (CAC) members and Community Power staff.
ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of Community Power Board of Directors is scheduled on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
