Hello,
stopped by yesterday at your Customer Center, in downtown Santa Rosa. Was a little disappointed about the display - other than the water heaters it was minimal.

A couple of years ago I had also stopped by and at that time you were the leader in showing all the alternative ways to remove fossil fuels from the home or business. I had tried to convince my local Community Choice Aggregation to come up with a similar display.

I had seen the SMUD 'electric house' at their HQ in Sacramento and they were not even where you were in regard to actual product selection.

My experience with advisors was also not the best.

Hope you can do better
greetings
eugen
