Chair Walia announced the Board met in Closed Session and reached a consensus on the item. SVCE General Counsel, Michael Callahan, announced the Board authorized staff to appeal a ruling in the contract dispute between Central Coast Community Energy, Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority, and Big Beau Solar, LLC in the case pending in Santa Clara County Superior Court Case No. 22CV398156.
