BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
Working with the Board Chair and Vice Chair, staff is organizing a Board strategic workshop. The purpose of the facilitated workshop is to allow the Board to engage in deeper discussions around VCE’s shared mission/vision and key policies that direct implementation of those long-term guiding statements. The intent is to allow more time for this type of discussion than is typically afforded at regular Board meetings. The ½-day workshop will be held on Friday, October 23rd at a location to be determined.
Staff will continue to work with the Chair and Vice Chair on planning for the workshop. Additional information and background materials will be provided to the Board in advance of the workshop.
