Mayor Lopez called the March 11, 2024 meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

John Warren spoke regarding a discrepancy between the staff report and Attachment A of the agenda item.
Mayor Lopez asked for public comment. No one spoke. Mayor Lopez closed public comment.
