1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 11:55 a.m.
2. Invocation
The invocation was given by Pastor Dustin Parker, Concordia Lutheran Church.
3. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Maddox Yokoyama.
4. Roll Call
The following members of the City Council were in attendance:

5. State of the City Address
Robert A. Lopez, City Manager, provided a brief introduction.
Mayor Frank Aurelio Yokoyama delivered the State of the City address. A PowerPoint presentation was displayed.
No action was taken on this item.
6. Public Comments (Special Meeting Agenda Item 5)
At this juncture, the City Council, by consensus, ordered for continuance of this item to the next City Council meeting, scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025.
7. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 1:20 p.m.
