The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

The Mayor opened the public comments period. Seeing none, the Mayor declared the public comments period closed.

Certificates were presented by the City Council honoring:
Cerritos High School Model United Nations Team (Award of Distinction – Research and Preparation; Award of Excellence – Debate).
Gahr High School Model United Nations Team (Outstanding Delegation Award).
