• The project site is part of Housing Element Site B, a 19.59- acre area planned to accommodate up to 375 future
residential units while allowing continued commercial
redevelopment.
• The proposed project occupies only 4.65 acres and does not reduce or preclude the site's future residential
development capacity under the Housing Element.
