PROPOSAL BY UGM DEVELOPMENT LLC, ON BEHALF OF LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 5,780-SQUARE-FOOT STANDALONE RESTAURANT BUILDING WITH NEW LANDSCAPING AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS. THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES BUILDING FAÇADE UPGRADES TO THE EXISTING MACY’S DEPARTMENT STORE BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN THE PROJECT SITE.
