The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Certificates were presented by the City Council honoring:
Katherine Low; Lauren Ma; and Anoushka Rajeev (Tremendous efforts in academics, philanthropy, civic engagement, and the arts – Distinguished Young Women).
Aaliyah Bryant (Outstanding Athlete – USATF National Junior Olympic Junior Track and Field Championships).
Manuel Ortega; and Tracy Winkler (Outgoing members – Friends of the Cerritos Library Board of Directors).
Alex Camargo, Parks and Recreation Commission; Kenneth Chiang, Economic Development Commission; and Deepak "DJ" Jhaveri, Planning Commission (Outgoing Members - Cerritos Advisory Boards – None present).
Robert H. Gregg DDS, Inc.; and UQuality Automotive Products, LLC (Business Spotlight). Video presentations were displayed.
