1. CALL TO ORDER AT 5:00 P.M. - Mayor Coolidge called the July 9, 2024 - Special Closed Session meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Due to this being a Closed Session, the meeting was not televised or live streamed. 7/9/24 City Council Special Closed Session Agenda

- Addressing the Council were Julian Zener, Lymarie Gonzalez, Grace Marvin, Rob Berry, Robin McCollum, Justis Kusumoto, Katie Dahl, Florence, Eric Chisler, Monica McDaniel, Kendy Moa, Loree Monroe, and Charles Withuhn.

Following Closed Session, City Clerk Presson announced that Council met in Closed Session with staff regarding Warren v. the City of Chico. All members were present, with it noted that Councilmember Tandon was absent.
Council was briefed; direction was provided. No formal action was taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT - Adjourned at 5:48 p.m. to the City Council Closed Session meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., or 5:30 p.m. followed by the Adjourned Regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 421 Main Street, Chico.
