REGULAR CHICO CITY COUNCIL MEETING March 19, 2025

1.1. Call to Order – Mayor Reynolds called the March 19, 2025 - Special Strategic Planning Workshop to order at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber, 421 Main Street, Chico, CA.
Jeff Boian, a local strategic planning consultant of Morrison and Company was selected to facilitate this process aimed at achieving improved alignment of organizational priorities, enhancing collaboration, and defining a strategic direction to the City of Chico.
For this process, Jeff met with each Councilmember and the City's Department Heads to lay the foundation for this public planning session. Following the completion of this process, Jeff will also create comprehensive strategic planning document which will be available to both internal and external stakeholders. 3/19/25 Agenda - Council Strategic Planning Workshop

2. SPECIAL AGENDA - The public were provided with an opportunity to address the Council on this item. The City Council was prohibited by law from considering any other business at this meeting. (Government Code § 54954.3(a).)

3. ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m. to the Closed Session meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. followed by a regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 421 Main St. Chico, CA.
