FOR CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETINGS
The City of Chico is committed to providing opportunities for the public to participate in City Council CLOSED SESSION meetings either in person or remotely through Zoom, prior to Council moving the meeting into Conference Room 2.
Speaking at the Meeting
Members of the public may provide comments:
• In person at the Council Chambers;
• Before the meeting by emailing [email protected]; or • Remotely during the meeting, prior to public comments by joining the Zoom webinar listed below.

HOW TO SPEAK USING ZOOM
1. Join the Zoom webinar using the link above.
2. Make sure your device is connected to audio and has a working microphone.
3. When the Mayor announces the agenda item on which you wish to speak, click Raise Hand. o If participating by telephone, press *9 to raise your hand.
4. When your name is called, unmute yourself and begin your comments.
5. When your speaking time has ended, your microphone will be muted.
6. If you wish to speak on another agenda item later in the meeting, simply repeat this process.
