CALL TO ORDER
The January 4, 2022, Special Meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 6: 30 p. m. by Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa, Mayor Pro Tern Marc Lucio, Council Members Karen C.
Comstock, Christopher Flores, and Walt Pocock.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Fred Galante read the title of the Closed Session item into the record.

CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no requests to speak.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 6:31 p.m. The City Council returned from Closed Session at 7: 15 p.m. The Special Meeting recessed and reconvened after the January 4, 2022 Regular Meeting.
RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
The City Council reconvened the Special Meeting at 9: 15 p.m.

Comstock, Christopher Flores, and Walt Pocock.
Absent: None.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 9:15 p.m. The City Council concluded with Closed Session at 10: 19 p. m.

City Attorney Galante reported out of Closed Session as follows:

Negotiating Parties: Dean Kerr
Under Negotiation: Price and terms of potential acquisition Moved by Mayor Ulloa, seconded by Council Member Pocock, and carried on a 3-2 roll call vote, to authorize the City Manager to make an offer on the property up to the maximum authorized amount and to bring back a final agreement to the City Council for ratification at a future meeting.
AYES: FLORES, POCOCK, ULLOA
NOES: COMSTOCK, LUCIO.
ABSENT: NONE.
ADJOURN
The Special Meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 7: 00 p. m. ( Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. if necessary) in these Council Chambers.
