CHINO CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, CA.
Those persons wishing to speak on any item included on the agenda, or on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council, are invited fill out and submit to the City Clerk a “Request to Speak” form (name and address optional) which is available at the entrance to the City Council Chambers.

This is the time and place for the public to address the City Council regarding the update on the Civic Center Master Plan. Ordinance No. 97-08 (Chino Municipal Code Section 2.04.090) limits speakers to no more than five (5) minutes in which to address the Council.

DISCUSSION
1. Civic Center Master Plan. Receive an update and discuss matters related to the Civic Center Master Plan.
Presentation by: Vivian Castro, Deputy City Manager; Orlando Gonzalez, Gruen Associates; Neelay Bhatt, PROS Consulting.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive an update on the Civic Center Master Plan from the City's consultant team, Gruen Associates. Review and discuss the three design alternatives, their components, and estimated costs. Receive a presentation by Neelay Bhatt of Pros Consulting, Inc. summarizing the results of statistically valid and qualitative stakeholder surveys. Discuss and provide direction to staff and project consultants to inform development of a preferred design.
