CHINO CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby give n that a special me eting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelop ment Agency will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, CA.
Those persons wishing to speak on an y item included on the agenda, or on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council, are invited fill out and submit to the City Clerk a “Request to Speak” form (name a nd a ddress optional) which is available at the entrance to the Ci ty Council Chambers .

1. Administration Department Office Redesign . Request for Administration Department Office Redesign.

RECOMMENDATION: 1) Review, discuss, and provide feedback on the redesign of the Administration Department offices at City Hall; 2) based on a proposed conceptual design, receive the estimated design, construction costs, and timeline from staff; and 3) discuss and provide direction to staff.
2. Status of Fiscal Year 2021-22 City Council and City Manager Goals . Update on status of Fiscal Year 2021-22 City Council and City Manager Goals.
