CALL TO ORDER
The June 7, 2022, Special Meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Mayor Eunice Ulloa in the Chino Valley Fire District Training Center.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa, Mayor Pro Tem Marc Lucio, Council Members Karen C.
Comstock, Christopher Flores, and Walt Pocock.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no requests to speak.

City Attorney Fred Galante read into the record the item listed on the Closed Session agenda.
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT AND/OR PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.
Title: City Manager
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 9:02 a.m. The City Council returned from Closed Session and reconvened the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Galante announced that City Council did not conclude the discussion on the Closed Session item and would continue it to the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session Special Meeting of the City Council to be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Council Chambers.
CONTINUED CLOSED SESSION AND REPORT OUT
The City Council reconvened the Closed Session meeting at 5:00 p.m.
All Members of the City Council were present.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. The City Council returned from Closed Session at 7:24 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
City Attorney Galante announced that City Council did not conclude the discussion on the

Closed Session item and would continue it following the Open Session Meeting of the City Council to be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Council Chambers.
The City Council reconvened the Closed Session meeting at 9:10 p.m.
All Members of the City Council were present.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 9:11 p.m. The City Council returned from Closed Session and reconvened the meeting at 9:37 p.m.
City Attorney Galante reported the City Council held a discussion and provided direction to the City Attorney and City Council Recruitment Subcommittee. No further reportable action was
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 9:38 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. (Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. if necessary) in the Council Chambers.
