CALL TO ORDER
The June 7, 2022, Special Meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Eunice Ulloa in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa, Mayor Pro Tem Marc Lucio, Council Members Karen C.
Comstock, Christopher Flores, and Walt Pocock.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no requests to speak.

City Attorney Fred Galante read into the record the items listed on the Closed Session agenda.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION
Pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
Name of Case: City of Chino v. Jianyun Wang, et al. (San Bernardino County case no.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- ANTICIPATION OF LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to Paragraph (4) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
Number of Cases: Two (2) Cases.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. and concluded at 7:24 p.m. The City Council reconvened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

City Attorney Galante reported out of Closed Session as follows:

The City Council received an update from Attorney Matt Silver, provided direction, and no further reportable action was taken.

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- ANTICIPATION OF LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to Paragraph (4) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
Number of Cases: Two (2) Cases.
The City Council received an update, provided direction, and no further reportable action was taken. City Attorney Galante noted that Council Member Flores abstained and did not participate in the discussion nor was he present for the discussion on the second case of anticipated litigation.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. (Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. if necessary) in these Council Chambers.
