CALL TO ORDER
The December 6, 2022, Special Meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency was called to order at 5:04 p.m. by Mayor Eunice Ulloa in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa, Mayor Pro Tem Marc Lucio, Council Member Karen C.
Comstock, Council Member Christopher Flores, Council Member Walt Pocock.
Absent: None
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no requests to speak.

City Attorney Fred Galante read into the record the item listed on the Closed Session agenda.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR(S).
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Geriann Kingslan, Director of Human Resources/Risk Management.
Employee Organizations: Chino Police Officers Association, Chino Police Management Association, and Unrepresented Sworn.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION.
Pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9:
Norma Alcantar Moreno v. City of Chino (Case No. CIVSB 2210469) The City Council recessed into Closed Session at 5:05 p.m. and concluded at 6:03 p.m. for the Tree Lighting Ceremony. The City Council reconvened the closed session at 6:31 p.m. and concluded at 6:53 p.m.

City Attorney Galante reported that City Council received a briefing, provided direction, and no further reportable action was taken.

Norma Alcantar Moreno v. City of Chino (Case No. CIVSB 2210469) City Attorney Galante reported that City Council received an update, provided direction, and no further reportable action was taken.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in these Council Chambers.
