CHINO CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that a special me eting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency will be h eld on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Chaffey College Chino Community Center, 5890 College Park Ave, Chino, CA for the purpose of a City Council and Executive Management Team Goal Setting Workshop.
Those persons w ishing to spea k on any item included on the agend a, or on any matter within the subject matter ju risdiction of the City Council, are invited fill out and submit to the City Clerk a “Request to Speak” form (name and address optional) which is available at the entrance of the City Council Meeting.

BACKGROUND
The City Council and staff meet on an annual basis to review and discuss goals and priorities in anticipation of the development of the work plan represented within the annual budget.
ISSUES/ANALYSIS
The agenda for the Goal Setting Workshop is structured around the City’s Strategic Issues, with Council priorities identified and brief staff presentations updating ongoing and proposed initiatives that address those priorities as well as previous Council direction. Staff presentations will be followed by Council discussion and direction to ensure that staff is on the right track with regard to implementation of the Council goals as they pertain to the Strategic Plan and our Core Values.
