CHINO CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesd ay, January 17, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, CA.
Those persons wishing to speak on any item included on the agenda, or on any matter within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council, are invited fill out and submit to the City Clerk a “Request to Speak” form (name and address optional) which is available at the entrance to the City Council Chambers.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive a report and provide feedback to the City's General Plan consultant regarding the preparation of a Zoning Code Amendment creating the Affordable Housing (AHO) and Mixed Use (MUO) overlay districts, and the development standards related to them, as required by the 2021 -2029 Housing Element implementation; as well as an economic analysis of an inclusionary requirement for affordable housing in these overlay zones.
2. City Code Enforcement Process and Procedures. Receive and file a report with a status update on staffing, statistics, and policy and procedures in the Code Enforcement Division.
