CALL TO ORDER
The April 18, 2023, Special Joint Meeting of the Chino City Council / Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency, Planning Commission, and Community Services Commission was called to order at 5:50 p.m. by Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL - CITY COUNCIL
Present: Mayor Eunice M. Ulloa, Mayor Pro Tem Karen C. Comstock, Council Members Curtis Burton, Christopher Flores, and Marc Lucio.
Absent: None.
ROLL CALL - PLANNING COMMISSION
Present: Chairperson Kevin Cisneroz, Vice-Chairperson Jimmy Alexandris, Commission Members Brandon Blanchard, Joanna Chavez, Lissa Fraga, Steve Lewis, Lawrence Vieira.
Absent: None.
ROLL CALL - COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
Present: Chairperson Robert Martinez, Vice Chairperson Linda Takeuchi, Commission Members Jamie Harwood, Neal Jerry, and Brenda Strong
Absent: Commissioner Gregory Marquez and Julissa Montenegro-Olivas.

The City Council, Planning Commission, and Community Services Commission recessed to closed session at 5:51 p.m.
The City Council, Planning Commission, and Community Services Commission concluded closed session at 6:24 p.m.
