MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The June 12, 2023, Regular Meeting of the City of Chino Infrastructure/ Streets Committee was called to order 3: 30 p. m. by Mayor Pro Tem Comstock in the Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Mayor Pro Tem Karen C. Comstock and Council Member Marc Lucio ABSENT: NONE.
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
There were no requests to speak.
DISCUSSION
1. Euclid and Kimball Business Access. Discussion regarding the access to businesses located at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Kimball Avenue.
Dennis Ralls, City Traffic Engineer and Amer Jakher, Director of Public Works, gave a report on the item.
The Committee discussed the proposed project and the importance of the least amount of impact to the residents who reside near the project site. Confirmation was received that the project meets the minimum required standards. The Committee recommended the design and cost estimates be submitted for City Council consideration.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 3. 50 p. m. The next Regular Meeting of the Infrastructure/Streets Committee will be held as needed in these Council Chambers with at least 72 hours' notice per the requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act.
