ISSUES/ ANALYSIS
Chino Kimball Industrial, LLC has since sold Phase II of the Kimball Business Park project to Orbis Real Estate Partners ( Orbis). Orbis needs to complete the water improvements to serve Parcels 9-20 of Phase II. Consequently, staff prepared a Public Improvement Agreement to address the delta revisions triggered by the modifications made to the original site plan.
Therefore, it is staff' s recommendation to the City Council to approve a Public Improvement Agreement and securities with Orbis Real Estate Partners for the construction of public improvements associated with Phase II of the Kimball Business Park project.
