The Preserve consists of 5,435 acres that were anne xed to the City of Chino in July 2003. Today it houses thousands of residents, bringing Chino’s pop ulation to 95,111, which is expected to reach 140,000 at buildout, creating a growing market for goods and services. Stater Bros. Store #209 is locate d at 8373 Pine Ave. Chino and is open Monday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Less than a year after the groundbreaking, over 350
residents were on hand to celebrate the ribbon
cutting for the Stater Bros. grocery store that is the
anchor of the Town Center at The Preserve, a
mixed-use development currently under
construction that features a variety of retail and
service businesses with residential units above
some retail units. Stater Bros. will soon be joined
by a variety of other great businesses, including
Kenwood’s Kitchen & Tap, Panera Bread, Aspire
Salon Studios, Cold Stone Creamery, and many
