This Correspondence and associated attachments contain time sensitive information for the completion of the Fiscal Year 2022 Homeland Security Grant Program (FY22 HSGP) Subrecipient Application Packet. The FY22 HSGP is funded by the US Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS/FEMA) and sub-granted through the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES). The HSGP is reported under CFDA 97. 067.
FEMA has approved the proposed projects for the FY22 HSGP, therefore jurisdictions must now complete their application packets. Please submit the following documents to the San Bernardino County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Grants Unit at the address listed below by January 12, 2024:

2. Initialed and Signed FY22 HSGP Subrecipient Assurances
3. Certification Letter on Jurisdiction Letterhead (Sample Attached)
4. FY22 HSGP Application Workbook Certification Page - Signed
5. Grants Management Assessment Form
6. Certification Regarding Lobbying
7. Verification of active UEI registration (SAM.gov printout)
8. Single Audit Report (if applicable)
