RECITALS

A. Owner owns that certain real property commonly known as 13916 and 13948 Euclid Avenue in the City of Chino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A a ttached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (“Property”).

The 2010 Agreement expired December 31, 2014 and subsequently administratively extended for a total of three additional years under the City Manager’s authority.

D. To more clearly document the temporary Parking and Storage authorization, Owner and City replaced the 2010 Agreement with that certain Covenant and Equitable Servitude Agreement Regarding Limited Use of Property, dated December 11, 2017, and recorded on December 12, 2017 as Document No. 2017- 0546816 in the Official Records of San Bernardino County (“Agreement”), to authorize such Parking and Storage use for a limited period after which such use shall automatically and permanently cease.
