Dear Dr. Reich,
On behalf of the leadership and congregation of CrossPoint Church of Chino, I would like to request a one-year extension on the agreement with the City of Chino to store trucks on our property (along Euclid Avenue).
We're in the initial stages of adding additional space to our facilities with a two-story education building to provide ministry for the growing number of children who are part of our weekly ministries. We want you to know that our Wednesday night attendance for our children's ministries is providing for a large number of community children who do not attend CrossPoint on Sundays. This is the heart of our church! We want to minister not just to our own families but to our community as well. The income received from the lease of the land is needed to help us fund the new building. I am attaching a site plan for the new ministry building.
As noted, long term we are still interested in developing the rest of the northern property (currently for farming) to provide soccer fields, park space, and possibly Pickle Ball courts for our community.
We are grateful to partner with the City of Chino. It's a great place to serve! Gratefully,
