BACKGROUND
The City Council and staff meet on an annual basis to review and discuss goals and priorities in anticipation of the development of the work plan represented within the annual budget. As the City Council now adopts a two -year budget, the workshop will provide staff direction for the development of the next two-year budget, covering FY 2025-27.
ISSUES/ANALYSIS
The Goal Setting Workshop will facilitate discussion of the City Council’s broad multiyear goals.
Staff will present on key challenges and priorities related to these goals, followed by City Council discussion and direction that will inform the development of the FY 2025 -2027 two-year budget.
