REVISE SECTION 7, PARAGRAPH 3, LAST SENTENCE TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the total reimbursable amount paid by the CITY under this agreement shall not exceed $1,242,936 without prior approval of the City Council.
ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT REMAIN UNCHANGED.

The parties hereto have mutually covenanted and agreed as per the above amendment item(s), and in doing so have caused this document to become incorporated into the Contract documents.
