A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHINO APPROVING A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF CHINO’S FY 2024-25 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ANNUAL ACTION PLAN WHEREAS, the City Manager’s Office of the City of Chino is proposing a Substantial Amendment to the City of Chino’s Annual Action Plan and budget for FY 2024-2025; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendment will reallocate $298,868.65 in FY 2024-25 CDBG funding as follows:

FY 2023-24 Alley Improvements Project- SN240 (Increase Allocation) Original Budget - $219,256 (FY 2023-2024 funds)
Additional Allocation - $298,868.65 (FY 2024-25 funds)

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHINO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the proposed amendment to the City’s FY 2024-25 CDBG Program budget described above by adopting this Resolution. A copy of the CDBG 2024-2025 Action Plan-Substantial Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be filed in the offices of the City Manager, City Attorney, City Treasurer, and City Clerk.
Section 3. That the Mayor shall sign, and the City Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this resolution.
