Property owners within the SOI Following a review of the existing sewer infrastructure surrounding the property at 13140 Roswell Avenue, City staff determined that the nearest sewer line is situated on Roswell Avenue, directly adjacent to the property. Therefore, the City of Chino hereby issues this "Will Serve" letter, indicating the availability of sewer service for the proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit at the aforementioned address.If you are still interested in connecting to the public system, City staff is happy to assist you. The City would need to first obtain a copy of the recorded Grant Deed for your property. Once the deed is received by staff, the irrevocable offer of annexation agreement and application process will begin.
