The scope of work includes pavement rehabilitation of the asphalt alley, installation of a concrete ribbon gutter to facilitate drainage, and improved ADA access at alley driveway-approaches. This project will enhance pedestrian access and remove barriers, allowing increased access to the western -adjacent Monte Vista Park.

The project targets the older part of the community , Census Tract 605, block group 1. Improvement of both the motorist and pedestrian travel ways will enhance the overall appearance of the neighborhood and will directly benefit 12 households adjacent to the alleyway.
